We are currently only hiring in specific location in the United States. Locations, office requirements, and salary bands are outlined below. Please note that we do not offer relocation at this time.

About You

As a Program Manager, you lead complex, global digital marketing programs that drive measurable impact for our clients. You translate client goals, opportunities and challenges into clear, actionable plans while aligning cross-functional teams across disciplines and markets. Your focus is on outcomes, not just outputs: you orchestrate roadmaps, ensure accountability, and continuously optimize how teams work together to deliver business results in a scalable way.

You’re a proactive and strategic thinker who works independently, yet thrives in collaborative environments. As leader within the Media team, you play a key role in elevating the quality and efficiency of program execution, driving both client success and internal growth. You lead from both the front and behind the scenes - ensuring delivery runs smoothly while ensuring the overall program drives strategic value and long-term impact.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead program execution on key digital marketing clients, aligning planning, priorities, and delivery to business goals.
  • Set up and maintain an effective way-of-working for international collaboration across internal and client teams. Continuously explore ways to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, deeply understanding their business context.
  • Identify and address strategic or recurring challenges with pragmatic, solution-oriented thinking.
  • Manage the client team roadmap and act as point of escalation internally as well as externally for delivery, prioritization, and team alignment issues.
  • Keep a firm grasp of scope, budget, and SOW compliance; handle resourcing and financial reporting across all projects within a client’s scope.
  • Consistently deliver high quality deliverables intended for varying audiences, having insight into the type of information that is appropriate for different audiences.
  • Strong communication and delegation skills providing appropriate guidance and support to all stakeholders involved
  • Take an effortless and active role in maintaining the relationship with our client and stakeholders & understand the customer’s business context and vision.
  • Pro-actively bring vision and solutions to our clients and internal client team, while staying pragmatic to resolve (recurring) issues quickly.

QUALIFICATIONS   

  • 8+ years of project management experience in an agency, with a focus on digital marketing campaigns and retainers.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach teams, manage complex multi-stakeholder programs, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Experience managing complex digital marketing programs and retainers
  • Strong communicator with experience presenting to and working with senior-level clients (VP/C-level).
  • Skilled in navigating complex, political environments and aligning projects to broader business strategy. Ability to view the big picture, beyond your immediate role or department, and align projects with company strategy, values & goals
  • Solid understanding of project scoping, budgeting, pacing, and margin management.
  • Strategic yet hands-on mindset; able to connect the dots, solve problems quickly, and drive process improvements.
  • You combine independent, proactive thinking with strong collaboration skills to drive progress within a team setting.
  • Ability to connect each project to the business world, thinking through effectiveness, efficiency and consistency within all interdisciplinary projects

The anticipated salary ranges for this position and subsequent locations are listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.

Chicago, IL Salary Range

$121,200 - $135,000 USD

This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA to be considered.

Atlanta, GA Salary Range

$111,300 - $135,000 USD

This is a hybrid office location with the expectation that you will need to go into the office 3 days week. You must be located within 50 miles of our Boston, MA or Newburyport, MA offices located at: 35 India St, Boston, MA 02110; 20 Inn St, Newburyport, MA 01950

Boston, MA; Newburyport, MA Salary Range

$121,200 - $135,000 USD

This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of New York, NY (tri-state area is ok) to be considered.
