Your Role

We are looking for passionate, driven Senior IT Recruiters to join Dialpad. You’ll help scale our technical teams by managing and supporting full lifecycle recruiting for Engineering, Product and Design. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex into supporting additional non-EPD organizations within the company.

As a tech-savvy recruiter who is accustomed to filling hard-to-fill and niche roles, you will be charged with finding unique candidates using creative sourcing strategies, developing and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers, and empowering our organization to hire the best talent.

You’ll build talent pipelines and drive a process that delivers exceptional talent that brings an entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and a diversity of thought in how they work.

This position reports directly to the Global Technical Manager and will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a 6-month contract with immediate joining. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and incredibly positive candidate experience for LATAM and NAM.
  • Become a strong talent advisor by developing deep relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teams.
  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline, identify creative sourcing techniques and recruit in a variety of venues to build balanced and inclusive teams.
  • A champion for candidate and hiring manager experience focused on a high touch, warm, engaging, and meaningful connections during the recruitment journey.
  • Source, screen, coordinate and assess talent that leads to offers, negotiation, and closing. 
  • Partner closely with management and other global Talent Acquisition Partners to attract talent that supports global lines of business.
  • Accelerate candidate engagement and improve candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process with consistent high-touch communication.
  • Identify innovative and creative sourcing techniques that yield strong results.

Skills You’ll Bring 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • +7 years of recruiting experience in the areas of Engineering, Product and Design for a high growth technology company.
  • Experience recruiting for different regions such as LATAM and NAM (must).
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company.
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
  • Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • Fluency in English (must).
  • Experience working with Greenhouse is a plus.

Tools and Platforms: Greenhouse ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, Hired, Gem, G-Suite.
