Position Overview 

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our global TA team on a 1-year maternity cover, driving hiring across our Product and Technology teams in EMEA and APAC, with a special focus on Budapest and Bangalore, where our engineering hubs are growing fast.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across APAC and EMEA to shape hiring plans, advise on strategy, and help us continue attracting exceptional technical talent. It’s a role that blends strategy and execution — perfect for someone who loves partnering with leaders, rolling up their sleeves, and coaching others along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, providing insights, solutions, and guidance on hiring challenges.

  • Design and deliver creative sourcing and engagement strategies to connect with top-tier tech talent.

  • Represent us as a true ambassador — ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and culture.

  • Manage and coach a small team of recruiters, maintaining consistency and alignment across global TA initiatives.

  • Balance hands-on delivery with strategic impact, managing a smaller, focused req load.

  • Use data and market intelligence to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously refine how we hire.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Product and Technology functions across multiple regions.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven success hiring top engineering and product talent

  • Experience recruiting across both APAC and EMEA regions, with cultural awareness and adaptability.

  • The confidence to influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor.

  • A proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Creativity and curiosity — someone who enjoys finding new ways to engage and attract great talent.

  • 10+ years of TA experience, ideally within fast-paced tech or SaaS businesses, including people management experience.
