What You'll Do

Pipeline Analytics & Reporting

  • Identify, track, and analyze committed pipeline across the sales organization

  • Design and build executive-level Tableau dashboards for Sales Leadership to monitor business performance

  • Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that provide visibility into sales metrics, trends, and forecasts

  • Create standardized views of pipeline data to ensure consistency across all sales leadership levels

CRM & System Design

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to design and optimize Salesforce CRM workflows and data architecture

  • Write detailed user stories and requirements documents for CRM enhancements and new features

  • Ensure proper implementation and design of desired business outcomes in collaboration with technical teams and Sales Operations

  • Work cross functionally with Product and Product Marketing to ensure the CRM is used as a tool to collect Product feedback and develop reporting for appropriate teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with BI/BA teams to create robust, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions

  • Coordinate across sales leadership teams to establish and maintain consistent definitions and views of committed pipeline

  • Facilitate alignment on KPI definitions, reporting cadences, and data governance standards

KPI Development & Tracking

  • Develop, implement, and maintain KPIs for varying levels of sales leadership (individual contributors through executives)

  • Create automated tracking mechanisms to monitor performance against targets

  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations based on KPI trends and patterns

  • Build executive presentations and business reviews using data storytelling techniques

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field required.

  • 3+ years of relevant progressive experience and proven track record of success in roles focused on sales analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles, preferably at a high-growth or software company.

  • Experience in technology, media, advertising, marketing sectors is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales or commercial organizations with data and insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with ambiguity and change; adapting to and being a champion for positive change.

  • Skilled at building credibility and effective relationships with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.

  • Analytical reasoning and solution-focused problem solver that thinks critically and independently to drive action.

  • Demonstrates solid judgment in risk assessments relative to the business.

  • Ability to comfortably interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority, across the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales or commercial organizations with data and insights with a track record of building executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Salesforce: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including custom reporting, object relationships, and data modeling.

  • Salesforce CPQ: Strong understanding of CPQ configuration, quote-to-cash processes, and pricing structures.

  • Tableau: Advanced-level Tableau skills including dashboard design, data visualization best practices, and performance optimization.

  • Snowflake: Proficiency in querying Snowflake databases, understanding data warehouse concepts. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Business Acumen

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

  • Strong grasp of sales metrics, forecasting methodologies, and performance indicators.

  • Experience with CRM implementation projects and system optimization initiatives.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $68,000 to $129,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
