As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role:

The Director of Product Management leads a portfolio of core OT cybersecurity products that protect critical infrastructure, where precision isn't a preference, it's a requirement. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role owns strategy and delivery across multiple product areas while building and developing a high-performing team of product managers.

This leader drives customer-centric roadmaps and translates vision into measurable outcomes that perform in the field. You will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, Threat Intelligence, and Marketing to ensure Dragos delivers differentiated, high-impact products that solve critical customer problems globally. You will champion customer advocacy and ensure your team is deeply embedded in discovery, delivery, and ongoing iteration across the portfolio.

Experience building world-class cybersecurity products, including asset identification and discovery, threat detection, MDR, and XDR is required.

Additionally, the Director of Product Management will champion the integration of AI technologies to enhance cybersecurity outcomes, leveraging advanced analytics and automation to address emerging threats and drive innovation across the portfolio.

OT market experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy execution across all assigned areas of the Dragos Platform portfolio, with clear accountability for customer, business, and execution outcomes.
  • Own the product strategy and execution for capabilities that feed the Dragos Intelligence Fabric, spanning OT telemetry ingestion, adversary research, vulnerability intelligence, and asset data, ensuring these inputs continuously improve the quality, speed, and accuracy of insights surfaced across the Dragos Platform and services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers; set a high bar for rigor, accountability, and craft while actively investing in individual growth.
  • Partner with customers, design partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value problems and deliver solutions with measurable impact.
  • Embed customer discovery and product validation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning sessions and cross-functional forums with credibility and precision.
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize delivery and drive high-quality, on-time execution.
  • Drive go-to-market readiness in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, including launches, POCs, and customer enablement.
  • Build a culture of outcome-driven product management where success is defined by customer and business results, rather than activity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory developments within the OT cybersecurity market to inform strategy and prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of enterprise-scale B2B cybersecurity product management or equivalent experience, including 4+ years in a people management role.
  • Enterprise software, cybersecurity or OT/ICS industry experience is required.
  • Experience owning or managing cybersecurity product areas spanning MDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and cloud/SaaS delivery.
  • Experience shipping AI- or ML-powered product capabilities, including working with data science teams to translate model outputs into user-facing features, is required.
  • Experience in bringing new products to market for Global 2000 organizations and multiple geographies.
  • Proven ability to mentor and grow high-performing product managers.
  • Strong background in customer discovery, strategic prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience working with customers, Sales, Customer Experience, and User Experience to gather requirements and use cases to design and iterate on product capabilities.
  • Experience with customers in critical infrastructure sectors (e.g., electric, oil & gas, manufacturing) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and track product KPIs, use data to drive prioritization decisions, and communicate outcomes in business terms.
  • Proven ability to communicate product strategy and outcomes to senior leadership and external stakeholders, including presenting roadmaps and business cases.
  • Willingness to travel (~15%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.

Compensation:

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
