Senior Project Manager, Technical Services
The Team
The Technical Services team at Duetto is vital in managing the technical aspects of the customer journey. Our responsibilities include:
- Technical Onboarding: Guiding new customers through the setup and integration of our systems.
- Data Quality Certification: Ensuring that the data ingested accurately reflects the data sent by the property management system and meets our quality standards.
- Post-Live Implementations: Assisting existing customers with planned tech changes or transitions resulting from M&A activity..
- Technical Support: Providing ongoing assistance and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our solutions.

The Role
The Senior Project Manager, Technical Services, is a critical member of Duetto's Technical Services team, responsible for driving successful customer integrations and migrations. The project manager will manage complex, enterprise-level projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and smooth transitions for our customers. This position plays a pivotal role in our CRS Integrations, PMS Migrations, and Company Migrations, working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRS Integrations, ensuring that customers successfully connect their Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) or Channel Managers to Duetto.
- Oversee PMS Migrations, facilitating the transition when customers switch from one Property Management System (PMS) to another, ensuring continued data flow between systems.
- Manage Company Migrations, guiding customers through transitions when properties change ownership.
- Ensure that all data is transferred accurately and that system configurations are aligned with customer needs.
- Identify and address any technical challenges during the migration and integration processes.
- Prepare and deliver status reports to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document implementation workflows and share best practices with the team to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- Experience with large, enterprise-level project management engagements.
- 4+ years managing customer-facing technical implementations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Enthusiastic and creative leadership, with the ability to inspire others.
Preferred Experience
- Hospitality or Hotel Technology experience.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and/or Computer Reservation Systems (CRS) integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and other project management tools.
