Onboarding Analyst, Technical Services

Implementation is one of the most important steps in the customer journey for a SaaS company. The faster the company is deployed, the faster the company is receiving value from their purchase. The Implementation Analyst will orchestrate implementations for hotels of all sizes.  You will positively impact the customer’s early impressions of Duetto, building advocacy and distancing Duetto from the competition. You are a confident, goal-focused business analyst who is a team player skilled at relationship building and juggling all of the many requirements of the day.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during customer onboarding.
  • Gather, document, and execute complex and detailed technical requirements.
  • Manage multiple overlapping customer implementations, ensuring clear communication of project status to stakeholders for each.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, integration partners, and internal team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for historical reference and reporting.
  • Onboard new customers to the Duetto platform or facilitate migration for existing customers undergoing changes in ownership or adopting a new property management system.
  • Execute intricate hotel configurations within the Duetto platform.
  • Configure and establish connections between customer property management systems and Duetto.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during the onboarding process.



Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology.
  • Experience in complex project management, including meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills appropriately tailored to the target audience.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; adept at troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • University Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish. 
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience working with integrations, APIs, and  XML transactions..
  • Experience with an RMS, channel manager, CRS, or PMS is a plus.
  • Experience with Javascript.
