We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Marketing and is an opportunity to work with market-leading businesses to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers, CPGs and Agencies.

This is a senior position where you will lead the marketing strategies to support business development and client sales commercial success across UK and EMEA. You will lead the development and execution of plans, grow the accounts and optimise delivery programmes to help achieve ambitious targets.

Based in our UK Headquarters, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to oversee and support the design, development and delivery of strategic end to end marketing plans across the regions.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and sit on the Global Marketing Leadership Team.

 

What we expect from you

  • Experienced in strategic thinking and design to build multi-channel strategies and manage a large working group to meet commercial goals
  • Able to implement targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns and report back regularly, optimising on an ongoing basis to ensure effective ROI
  • Experienced in leading a sales and product driven marketing working team to deliver against objectives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple teams locally, regionally and globally. Able to prioritise and manage expectations whilst delivering high quality output
  • Proven track record of building and executing ABM plans for multiple audiences
  • Knowledge of CRM at scale
  • Excellent event management experience
  • Excellent budget management
  • Excellent use of data in campaigns and reporting
  • Proven track record of impactful marketing activity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of grocery retail beneficial
