The role

The Salesforce Adoption Lead is accountable for driving successful adoption and sustained value from Salesforce changes across dunnhumby.

Working closely with business leaders, end users and the Salesforce delivery team, you’ll plan and deliver enablement and adoption activities that prepare the organisation for new capabilities, process changes and ways of working.

This role takes a structured, people‑centred approach, embedding business enablement and feedback directly into the product delivery lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify adoption gaps and work with stakeholders to embed enablement into Agile, product‑led delivery

Engagement

  • Partner with Product, Business Analysis and Release teams to align communications with product vision and process change
  • Deliver clear, consistent communications that explain the who, what, why and how of Salesforce releases

Business Readiness & Adoption

  • Design and deliver role‑based training that supports both system usage and expected user behaviours
  • Own and maintain the Salesforce user hub, including training, onboarding, communications and support materials

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track adoption and readiness metrics with Product Owners
  • Gather user feedback, identify risks, and continuously improve the adoption approach

What we expect from you

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
  • Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ
  • Experience working in Agile or product‑led delivery environments
  • Solid understanding of organisational change and adoption practices
  • Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programmes
  • Confidence creating and managing documentation using modern tooling, including AI
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure adoption and value realisation
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to assess cross‑functional impacts across people, process and technology

What you can expect from us

We won’t just meet your expectations. We’ll defy them. So you’ll enjoy the comprehensive rewards package you’d expect from a leading technology company. But also, a degree of personal flexibility you might not expect.  Plus, thoughtful perks, like flexible working hours and your birthday off.

You’ll also benefit from an investment in cutting-edge technology that reflects our global ambition. But with a nimble, small-business feel that gives you the freedom to play, experiment and learn.

And we don’t just talk about diversity and inclusion. We live it every day – with thriving networks including dh Gender Equality Network, dh Proud, dh Family, dh One, dh Enabled and dh Thrive as the living proof.  We want everyone to have the opportunity to shine and perform at your best throughout our recruitment process. Please let us know how we can make this process work best for you.
