Retail Client Lead

We are looking for an engaging and articulate Ecommerce Client Lead to support our client account, Foodstuffs. This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted partner to key clients, building strong relationships to define and deliver on their strategic priorities. It’s a chance to bring world-leading customer data to life and make a meaningful impact in driving change and growth for both our retail and CPG clients, while also contributing to the growth of the dunnhumby business.
As part of our retail team, you’ll collaborate with passionate, world-class professionals, using cutting-edge techniques on projects that deliver both short- and long-term impact. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment alongside data scientists and solutions managers, all committed to continuous learning and growth.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in an insight-driven role
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth
- Experience within the New Zealand grocery industry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from entry-level to C-suite
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, establishing trust and partnership
- Ability to understand technical approaches and simplify them for client communication
