Senior Manager, Social Insights and Analytics - Dallas

Golin is seeking an Insights and Analytics Senior Manager to join our Dallas office. This is an awesome opportunity for anyone who loves to solve problems, make strategic recommendations, and consult on digital and earned media campaigns to join Golin and have an immediate impact.

For this specific role, you should have a skillset that includes several analytics-related competencies. But if you’re missing something, we can teach you. At the Senior Manager level, you’ve already spent time in the back end of Facebook pulling organic and paid data from Business Manager and Ads Reporting. Pulling your own data is something you should be comfortable doing even if you don’t do it every day.

This role is about connecting the dots between something you saw in Twitter Analytics, a finding from Instagram, and a trend from your favorite brand on social. It’s about looking at media coverage and understanding what’s working and what’s not. Then you need to use your findings to make a strategic recommendation for Golin clients.

From there, you have to sell it. In a lot of ways, the internal Golin team is both your ally and your client. You have to make them believe in the recommendations that you are making. This can take the form of a quick, but well-informed email, a meeting on Teams, or a formal presentation deck with cool visualizations that help tell your story. That’s why our ideal candidate not only has an interest in how social media and earned media campaigns tick, but at the core, is a great marketer and communicator. This is a must.

Golin is a progressive public relations agency designed to reach the profoundly diverse market. Inclusion is a core value for Golin and we are focused on establishing a culture that is intentionally inclusive, potently diverse and uncompromisingly equitable.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
