Your role with us
In your role you will help bring structure to the end-to-end accounts receivables lifecycle by ensuring accuracy, consistency and commercial control. Working across Ad Operations, Finance and Sales/Partnerships, you’ll align what is sold, delivered and billed, strengthening how the function operates from execution through to recognition. A key focus will be identifying opportunities to simplify and automate, strengthening efficiency and operational intelligence over time.

What you will do:
Billing, Invoicing & Credit Management+
- Help set up the ad revenue process, including invoice templates, credit limits, and system integrations between Google Ad Manager, Placements.io, and finance tools.
- Check that invoices match contracted rates and actual delivery by reconciling data across ad serving and accounting systems.
- Assist with credit checks for new accounts and handle the daily collections cycle, including follow-ups, aging reports, and payment reconciliations.
- Use AI and automation tools to help speed up manual billing and collection tasks and improve data accuracy.
- Maintain dashboards and help prepare accurate records for month-end reporting, audits, and financial controls.
- Work closely with Sales, Ad Ops, and Finance to flag payment risks, fix billing gaps, and keep delivery aligned with commercial terms.
What you will bring:
- 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience within digital advertising, media, or high-growth tech.
- Skilled in credit assessments and managing collections, including setting payment terms and resolving overdue accounts.
- Familiar with ad tech billing, including CPM/CPC invoicing, campaign reconciliation, and using tools like Placements.io and Google Ad Manager.
- Proficient in workflow automation and interested in using AI to streamline high-volume transactions.
- Strong collaborator capable of working across Finance, Ad Ops, and Sales teams to bridge operational gaps.
