We are looking for a Senior Global Compensation Analyst to join our People Operations team. We have a lot of challenges to expand our operations globally and we are already moving fast towards that goal. There are ebankers already working in many countries of Latin America, North America, Asia Pacific and Europe. Let’s join our BIG DREAM!

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:
  • Model compensation change scenarios, drive commissions calculations, triage issues and work with payroll to ensure payments get made to our quota carrying heads
  • Own and manage monthly calculation of commissions and send out of quarterly compensation plan documents.
  • Understand and implement Sales Incentive Compensation programs, policies and processes in line with Company goals and priorities.
  • Manage and administer equity compensation programs, including grants, vesting schedules, and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to design and execute compensation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed analyses and reports to inform strategic decisions related to total rewards packages.
  • Responsible for calculating the company's annual bonus and sending monthly provisions
What's mandatory:
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced English

  • Good understanding about international mobility trends and best practices;
  • Comfortable with a dynamic environment and change;
  • Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Spanish is a nice to have language.
