As our Senior Culture Analyst, your mission will be to develop initiatives that connect EBANX's values with the daily lives of ebankers.
You will also be responsible for:
- Actively participate in the cultural review process, conducting internal diagnostics on culture, internal communication, and diversity.
- Work closely with our ebankers to reinforce the values and sense of belonging to the company’s culture.
- Contribute to the development of the ebanker journey by implementing the EVP in different processes.
- Create and review content for internal and external channels, such as career pages, Glassdoor, social media, communications, among others.
- Develop actions that reinforce our employer brand, both internally and externally.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on culture, employer branding, and internal communication, and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Support the organization of virtual and in-person events and cultural actions when necessary.
- Drive our engagement strategy by mapping, reviewing and connecting the entire employee journey at EBANX.
Main requirements for this position:
- Experience with culture, employer branding, internal communication, and people engagement projects.
- Collaboration and team spirit.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Skill in facilitating groups and engagement dynamics.
- Experience with data processing and analysis.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
- Creative writing and effective communication.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Resilience and adaptability to rapid changes.

- Knowledge of tools such as Lattice, Mailchimp, and Google Sites.
- Experience with global audiences and technology companies.
