Product Specialist | Core Banking

We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the Payment Institution (IP) operations in Brazil, with a focus on regulatory payments (PIX) and Open Finance. In this role you will work closely with engineering, legal/compliance, and other product squads. 

You will also be responsible for:

• Managing regulatory payment flows, including PIX, Open Finance, and other compliance-related operations;
• Leading initiatives related to Open Finance to ensure alignment with Central Bank regulations;
• Structuring and maintaining the product roadmap for the IP, bringing clarity and focus to priorities;
• Acting as the interface between engineering, regulatory, and operational teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.

Main requirements for this position:

• Experience in payments, especially related to PIX;
• Familiarity with product management frameworks and hands-on delivery;
• A technical and operational mindset, capable of understanding platform behavior and execution needs;
• Ability to navigate regulatory and compliance topics, even without being a legal expert;

What would be a plus?

• Understanding of the Open Finance ecosystem in Brazil;
• Previous experience in payment institutions, fintechs, or banks;
• Strong organizational and problem-structuring skills;
• Self-driven, with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end with ownership.
