In the Product team, we’re responsible for creating solutions that deliver real value to our customers and the business. We combine strategic vision, user focus, and cross-team collaboration to build innovative, scalable products aligned with EBANX’s goals.
As a Technical Product Specialist for Payments Performance@Scale, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the performance and efficiency of our payments platform, driving the continuous evolution and optimization for top-tier performance and operational excellence. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage your expertise to drive continuous improvement and optimization of our platform's performance metrics.
Your day-to-day impact:
- Operational Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the operational intricacies of our payments platform;
- Product Support: Provide subject matter expertise to the product team, assisting in the development of features, new payment methods discoveries and enhancements that improve performance and operational efficiency;
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with analytics and data teams to analyze platform performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance performance;
- Continuous Improvement: Work with business operations team to establish and maintain processes for ongoing performance monitoring and optimization, ensuring that performance goals are consistently met;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different teams in the company to facilitate communication and alignment on priorities related to payments performance.
Must-haves to shine in this role:
- Expertise in payments operations, fintechs or a related industry;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and intuitive product strategies;
- Experience in iterative product development;
- Multilingual abilities, especially in markets relevant to the company - Portuguese, English and Spanish;
- Familiarity with tools and systems such as anti-fraud solutions, smart routing, data visualization/monitoring tools such as DataDog, Kibana and Grafana;
