FP&A Specialist - Finance Modeling

About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team. This role will have a strategic focus on building compelling financial presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders, as well as developing and maintaining long-term financial models to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve long-term financial models (5–10 years) for scenario planning, business valuation, and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate financial insights, business performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex financial data into concise and impactful materials for senior management, board meetings, and investor relations.
- Partner with business and strategy teams to incorporate key business drivers into the long-term model.
- Consolidate inputs from multiple departments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment in long-term projections.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and trends in financial performance, providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between long-term models and short-term forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling, scenario analysis, etc.).
- Strong experience in building strategic presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
- Proven ability to synthesize data into insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with planning/reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
