We are seeking a Finance Specialist to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers. As a FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Monitor and enhance the quality and consistency of financial data flows, working closely with payment providers and internal teams to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain robust controls;
- Coordinate and execute financial and operational projects, including new provider integrations, process redesigns, and system enhancements;
- Identify gaps in current finance processes, and design and implement improvement strategies that enhance efficiency, control, and scalability;
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to align financial operations with platform changes and new product launches;
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting needs through documentation and process traceability;
- Monitor key financial metrics, provide insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making;
- Ensure the alignment of accounting treatment with internal policies and external regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field;
- Experience in financial operations, financial analysis, or process management roles;
- Proven experience managing providers relationships and understanding of payment flows;
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, data analysis, and process documentation;
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP and reconciliation tools is a strong advantage;
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally in global teams;
- English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in a fintech, payments, or high-growth tech company is a plus;
- Project or process improvement experience;
- Knowledge of automation tools and data visualization (e.g., Alteryx, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau);
- SQL.
