As Public Relations Mid Analyst (Analista de PR Pleno) your mission will be to help position EBANX as a leading voice in the global digital payments space through strategic media relations, thought leadership content, and coordinated PR efforts across multiple regions.

You will also be responsible for:

• Planning and executing global PR initiatives: Manage a comprehensive calendar of PR stories and projects, including EBANX’s flagship initiatives like the annual EBANX Summit and Beyond Borders report. Provide input and suggestions to continually improve PR impact.

• Managing PR partner agencies: Coordinate external PR partners through regular meetings, follow-ups, and briefings, ensuring they are aligned with EBANX’s messaging and goals.

• Global media relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, in both traditional and trade media. Handle media inquiries, coordinate interviews, prepare briefings and talking points, and ensure timely responses.

• Supporting thought leadership initiatives: Identify and support the development of PR opportunities that elevate EBANX executives as industry thought leaders.

• Creating compelling narratives: Leverage internal data, external market intelligence, and partner/client updates to craft impactful stories and pitches for the media.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Market Intelligence, Product Marketing, Business Development, and more to uncover insights, align messages, and maximize PR reach.

• Content production for PR: Draft and support the creation of briefing documents, press releases, ghostwritten content, and other PR materials in line with the company’s voice and strategy.

• Reporting and analysis: Deliver insightful PR performance reports using monitoring tools to showcase media impact and story performance.

• Crisis communication support: Assist in managing communications during sensitive or crisis scenarios with strategic alignments and action planning.

Main requirements for this position:

• Strong background in media relations and project management for PR campaigns.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, and listening).

• Strategic planning abilities in Communication & PR.

• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and relationship building.

• Data literacy and ability to transform insights into compelling narratives.

• Proactive attitude, quick decision-making, and accountability.

What else would we like to see?

• Experience in PR within the Finance sector, or journalistic coverage of financial topics.

• Familiarity with programming or data analysis tools is a plus, especially in data-driven storytelling.

• Spanish language skills (written and verbal) are an advantage.
