We are seeking a Value Creation Specialist to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers. By joining us you will have the opportunity to be a part of our growing Corporate Initiatives Team.

The ebanker will be part of the Value Creation team and work closely with the Country Managers, leveraging strong financial analysis and project management skills. This role offers numerous opportunities to engage with various business areas, including finance, product, operations, and commercial teams. Ultimately, this position will serve as the financial backbone for the Value Creation Regional team.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Support Country Managers in the Value Creation cadences by developing materials, identifying key discussion topics, and ensuring adherence to the Value Creation framework.
  • Collaborate with each country’s HUB to prioritize topics, lead weekly meetings and track action plans for value creation initiatives.
  • Engage and foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams and maintain a consistent framework, preventing misalignment.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis support for LATAM regions, including sensitivity analysis, cost analysis, decision-making insights, value creation opportunities, P&L analysis, benchmark comparisons, and more.
  • Assist Country Managers in executing specific operational tasks as needed to drive progress and support the advancement of country-specific objectives.

Main requirements for this position:

  • Previous experience in the payments industry, e-commerce or similar;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field;
  • Strong experience with FP&A and financial analysis;
  • Proficiency in writing queries in SQL;
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills;
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills;
  • Advanced skills in English and native Spanish.

What else would we like to see? 

  • Experience with data visualization and analytical tools (Tableau, Kibana, Looker, Qlik).
  • Knowledge of EBANX partners processors and payment systems is a plus.
  • Project management skills.
