About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly analytical and data-driven Field Marketing professional to join our APAC team. This is an "all-in-one" role for a hands-on marketer who thrives on variety. You will be the engine of our lead generation efforts, working on the entire marketing mix—from content creation and digital campaigns to event management and data analytics.

Your primary mission is to drive sales pipeline contribution by executing integrated marketing programs that resonate with the local market. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves to execute.


Key Responsibilities:

As a key driver of pipeline growth, you will be participating in:

  • Lead Generation & ABM: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events) aimed at generating high-quality leads and accelerating opportunities within the APAC region.
  • Content & Digital: Develop localized content (blogs, case studies, landing pages) and manage digital tactics (PPC, social media, email nurtures) to support campaign goals.
  • Event Marketing: Own the logistics and strategy for field events, including webinars, trade shows, executive roundtables, and third-party sponsorships—from pre-show promotion to post-show follow-up.
  • Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on marketing performance. Use data to analyze campaign effectiveness, ROI, and pipeline contribution, making data-backed decisions to optimize future activities.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the APAC sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, gather market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or a similar "full-stack" marketing role.
  • CRM & Automation (mandatory): Solid experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, with the ability to use these platforms to enable effective marketing automation and lead management processes.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and experience using data to tell a story and justify ROI (Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools required).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools: LinkedIn Ads, Apollo.io, and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Language & Regional Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Japanese OR Korean is a strong advantage (Preferred), as you will be supporting content localization and campaigns for these strategic markets.
