Product Administrator - PBM Implementations

Job Summary:

Administer the advancement of Modern Requirements ensuring delivery meet customer needs and preferences and support business requirements as needed on PBM implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owner and Implementation Directors to understand PSG business drivers and strategy and translate to tactical delivery
  • Represent the implementation specialists prioritizing client needs and Modern Requirements set up
  • Support product internally and externally, sharing knowledge, answering questions, and demonstrating product functionality
  • Determine the computing needs of a client and translating them into system specifications. Their duties include completing evaluations software, giving advice to shareholders about their IT infrastructure and producing cost analysis of potential IT initiatives.
  • Brainstorm new ways to add more functionality to systems
  • Prepare costs and benefits analysis on systems and new functionality
  • Propose a plan for expanding functionality and implementing changes
  • Consult with directors, program managers and leads to determine what role the systems play in the business and what future functionality will be needed
  • Improving the efficiency of manual processes within the implementation process
  • Configure the platform to meet user needs
  • Maintain and implement a backlog of requested enhancements
  • Test the systems on a regular basis to ensure superior quality, capacity and function
  • Write desktop level procedures and producing training videos
  • Create and maintain training materials
  • Train users on how to appropriately utilize their computer systems
  • Manage administrative functions in Azure DevOps for client projects (Setup new, maintain current and shutdown Azure DevOps Projects)
  • Manage User Access and MR Licensing
  • Link Work Items for traceability
  • Write queries and build dashboards in Azure DevOps
  • Organize annual refinement reviews and certification of content
  • Integrating features with MS Teams
  • Perform Azure DevOps Process Configuration (backend configuration of user interface); client projects and services (PDA as an example)
  • Manage Quarterly ADO maintenance
  • Review and work with Azure DevOps to define new functionality and subsequentially plan releases and upgrades
  • Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of product development architecture, web technologies, design quality standards, and software development lifecycle
  • Technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Ability to prioritize effectively between MR development and PBM Implementation work keeping in mind client needs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Ability to work with large teams
  • High degree of organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Stream for SharePoint
  • Expansive knowledge of Microsoft Teams capabilities
  • Knowledge of Modern Requirements for Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Ability to write queries and build dashboards in Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Partner Integrations for Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Knowledge in project management lifecycle, implementation and pharmacy knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an adaptable and flexible attitude
  • Display strong project management skills completing assignments in a timely manner
  • Self-motivated, self-learner, able to work with a team but also be self-sufficient
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and provide solutions
  • Keep abreast of new technologies in Program Management and Business Analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or equivalent is required
  • 2 years of experience in business analysis or agile development required
  • 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps required.

The national average salary for this role is $100k to $110k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications, and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
