Marketing Operations Specialist (Argentina)
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Team at EMARKETER, a globally renowned provider of research on digital advertising and ecommerce.
This is a full-time contract role; we are looking for a commitment to the company of at least 2-3 years.
The Marketing Operations Specialist is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of the technical components of marketing campaigns, from planning and coordination with relevant teams, to implementation and measurement.
This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of web and technical components of digital marketing campaigns, including the development of email templates, landing pages, web pages, and marketing journeys, as well as list segmentation and campaign tracking. This person will work closely with the rest of the organization to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Demand Generation, Media Operations, and Marketing Operations to create, track, and optimize full funnel marketing campaigns
- Develop responsive emails and web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Frameworks ensuring a seamless user experience across all device; implement these emails and landing pages with other marketing collateral to create cohesive campaigns
- Assist in producing and implementing web materials for online marketing campaigns, including but not limited to, product pages, sign-up pages, events, microsites
- Build automated journeys for lead nurture and evergreen campaigns
- Manage list segmentation strategies and maintain list hygiene best practices
- Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure campaign components are created on time and adhere to brand standards
- Collaborate with the business systems team to ensure integrated data is accurate across the MAP, CRM, and external tools
- QA emails and web pages before production deployment ensuring responsiveness, accessibility and functionality.
- Troubleshoot code issues across web and email in different platforms.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Working knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, and website tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing and campaign management.
- Experience with SFMC or Salesforce Certified
- Experience with Wordpress or similar CMS
Salary:
- This is a contractor role, paid in US dollars, at an annual salary of $35,000-$45,000
