Retention Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Design and optimize referral, rewards, and loyalty programs to drive engagement.
  • Reduce churn and increase customer LTV through targeted retention initiatives.
  • Segment users and personalize communication using analytics and behavioral data.
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to align retention strategies with business goals.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance; continuously experiment for impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
  • Proven success in running email and reactivation campaigns at scale.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and campaign optimization skills.

Good to Have 

  • Prior experience at high-scale B2C/B2B companies (Swiggy, Zomato, Groww, or similar).
  • Familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Exposure to SaaS, product-led growth, or AI-driven products.
