National Accounts Billing Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies. Review purchase orders, invoices, and payables for accuracy.
  • Accounts Receivable: Match purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips for accuracy. Generate and send customer invoices according to contract terms. Monitors and records incoming customer payments to appropriate accounts.
  • Reconcile and consolidate reporting received from regional leaders to facilitate the creation of customer invoices.
  • Maintain contact with Regional Franchise Developers and National Account Customers.
  • Field phone calls and questions to resolve inaccurate data or missing information.
  • Create and maintain templates to leverage for creation of customer invoices.
  • Partner with customers to communicate effectively and address any questions/concerns that arise throughout the month.
  • Operate within various payment portals to ensure invoices are submitted and received by the customer in a timely fashion.
  • Attend customer meetings to resolve issues and determine billing process for national account customers.
  • Provide National Accounts Billing Supervisor with relevant information for addressing customer invoicing inquiries that arise from the Sales and/or Operations teams.
  • Provide solutions to any relative problems of customers.
  • Frequent contact with Regional Director and Certified Business Owners.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software. Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Independent initiative-taker with the ability to multi-task and a person who possesses exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite out of our Alpharetta, Georgia office 3 days per week.
