About the Position 

The Program Manager is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for orchestrating cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of high-impact product releases. This role works at the intersection of product management, engineering, UX, and product marketing, ensuring all aspects of the product lifecycle—from development through go-to-market—are executed with excellence. The Program Manager ensures not only that products ship on schedule, but that they are supported by comprehensive enablement to drive adoption and customer success. 

 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Drive cross-functional program execution from product inception through launch and post-launch analysis. 
  • Maintain integrated release plans and timelines across teams, escalating risks and removing blockers proactively. 
  • Ensure readiness for launches across all functions, including engineering, QA, UX, product marketing, marketing, support, and sales enablement. Create release/launch calendars and share across teams.  
  • Serve as connection point across stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, ownership, and accountability. 
  • Facilitate planning and reviews to promote transparency and continuous improvement. 
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to align on messaging, launch deliverables, and training needs. 
  • Track and report on program metrics, status updates, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Foster a culture of delivery excellence, ownership, and customer focus across product initiatives. 
  • Promote use of AI tools to accelerate tasks, improve quality, and standardize work. 
  • Own monthly internal updates from the product team and quarterly board communications ensure quality and consistency. 

 
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications  

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, product management, or a related field. 
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through release and adoption. 
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills with attention to detail and an ability to influence without authority. 
  • Deep understanding of Agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, MS DevOps, Confluence, Aha!, Asana). 
  • Demonstrated success in aligning go-to-market efforts with product development to maximize impact. 
  • Experience with product marketing, customer enablement, or sales training is a strong plus. 

 

Desired but not required 

  • Experience working at B2B software or SaaS companies. 
  • Energy Industry experience
