People Resources Business Partner (Hybrid)
About the role:
The People Resources Business Partner will join a team of smart, business-minded and hands-on HR professionals. As a PRBP supporting our Small Business team at Enova, you will partner directly with senior leadership and managers to deliver results and keep engagement levels high. Your primary focus will be to help your clients meet their business goals while living Enova’s core values.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and guidance on HR best practices, organizational design, employee development, and talent management.
- Employee Relations: Main contact for employees within your client groups, responsible for handling and escalating any employee relations issues in partnership with our in-house employment attorney.
- Performance Management: You’ll work closely with Talent Development on our performance management process but spend much of your time between the formal cycles with your clients on planning, goal setting and working on individual development plans.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze metrics and employee feedback to make informed recommendations for improving team effectiveness, retention, and overall performance.
- Policy: You’ll be expected to administer and enhance established People policies and procedures and have a voice in shaping enhancements or changes needed as our business continues to grow and scale.
- Partnership: You will be expected to develop strong, collaborative relationships with our Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Development, and People Tech) to bridge business goals with People Team offerings.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees across multiple levels
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems
- Ability to work productively with person-to-person emotions and to handle relationships judiciously and empathetically
- Strong technical/analytical skills with an ability to manipulate data in Excel and knowledge of formulas and pivot tables
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
