Creative Operations Lead (Hybrid)

About the role:

The Creative Operations leader is a new role within Enova Studios, poised to break new ground in how we operate and make an impact on our business. Working hand-in-hand with the Head of the department, you'll oversee vital systems and processes—from project intake and resource allocation to vendor and team management—ensuring that every digital creative project, UX initiative, and content strategy is executed flawlessly. This is a dynamic, strategic opportunity for a skilled creative ops professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses an impeccable eye for design and copy, and excels at fostering collaboration across teams. Your mission? To eliminate inefficiencies, scale production without sacrificing quality, and bridge the gap between Enova Studios and other departments, driving innovation and excellence across our organization.

Responsibilities:

This role is dedicated to enhancing Enova Studios processes and implementing strategies to boost efficiency across internal agency functions. You'll optimize workflows for all of Enova's brands—covering email, display, social, SEO, content, UX and UI—and establish project management frameworks that improve transparency, accountability, and speed-to-market. By implementing quality control processes, you'll ensure creative excellence and brand consistency. Additionally, you'll identify bottlenecks, lead project intake and capacity planning, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives. Finally, you'll serve as a trusted operational leader, fostering clear communication and mentoring junior team members. This is a role with growth opportunities to support the larger marketing department in the future. 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative operations, design operations, project management, or related fields, ideally within fintech or tech organizations
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • A proven track record in leading and optimizing creative and design operations across multiple brands and complex workstreams
  • Expertise in making staffing recommendations to meet evolving business needs
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Robohead, Asana) and familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Storybook)
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align creative operations with broader company goals and drive continuous improvement
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and quality control
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments by adapting to change, proactively solving problems, and driving solutions forward
  • Experience in establishing and managing vendor relationships, including the onboarding process
  • The capability to benchmark creative work and measure team capacity against established standards
  • A commitment to supporting team documentation efforts to ensure clarity and consistency

About our Enova Studios team:

Enova Studios is a full-service in-house creative agency. We partner with our brands to concept and create the ideas — big and small — that accomplish our shared goal: selling our products and building our business. We work in small, collaborative teams on internal projects for Enova, as well as each of our 7 international brands. Our services include copy and content writing, digital design, UX design, front-end development, and production.

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $79,000 to $114,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
