Systems Integration Manager

Job Position Summary:
The Systems Integration Manager will lead the end-to-end integration strategy and technical architecture for consolidating the OEM’s websites and dealership applications into a unified, scalable ecosystem. This senior role is critical in ensuring interoperability, data integrity, performance, and security across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and oversee the integration architecture across all OEM digital platforms, applications, and dealer services.
- Develop reference architectures and standards for system interoperability, data flows, and service orchestration.
- Lead API management strategy and ensure best practices in API gateway, versioning, authentication, and documentation.
- Define middleware and message broker solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, Azure Integration Services).
- Provide architectural governance and technical oversight across integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product teams, developers, and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Evaluate integration technologies and platforms; make recommendations for modernization or rationalization.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all integration designs.
- Mentor and guide analysts and developers within the integration team.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in systems integration and enterprise architecture.
- Deep knowledge of API architecture (RESTful, GraphQL), event-driven architecture, and cloud-native integration patterns.
- Experience with OEM or dealership technology stacks (e.g., DMS systems, retail tools, connected vehicle platforms).
- Expertise with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- TOGAF, AWS/GCP/Azure Architect certification, or similar preferred.
