Job Position Summary:

The Systems Integration Analyst will support the successful integration of systems and applications across the OEM’s digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for mapping business requirements to technical specifications, documenting data flows, identifying integration points, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth connectivity across websites and dealership applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyze current system landscapes, data models, and application interfaces across OEM and dealer platforms.
  • Gather and translate business and technical requirements into integration design specifications.
  • Document existing and future-state data and process flows using modeling tools.
  • Assist in defining integration strategies and implementation plans for consolidating web and application systems.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors to support integration efforts.
  • Support the development of APIs, ETL processes, and data synchronization scripts.
  • Conduct integration testing and assist in troubleshooting system interoperability issues.
  • Maintain documentation of integration architectures, endpoints, schemas, and protocols.
  • Stay informed about emerging integration trends and technologies (e.g., iPaaS, GraphQL, microservices).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in systems integration, business analysis, or technical implementation.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware technologies.
  • Familiarity with automotive dealer systems (DMS, CRM, digital retail tools) a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with tools like Postman, Swagger, Visio, Lucidchart, and Jira.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
