About the role (What you'll be doing)

Working closely with our internal and external customers, your key responsibilities includes:

• End to end ownership of the accounts receivable processes for our global entities across Australia, Ireland, UK and Japan
  • Timely and accurate creation of invoices to our retailers
  • Invoicing for our third party pharmacy entities, including ad-hoc calculations
  • Invoicing for business commissions as and when they arise
  • Managing accounts receivable intercompany invoicing as required
  • Management of outstanding debtors and following up on payment
• Customer Masterfile Maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries
  • Collection of documents for customer onboarding and importing data into our ERP system
  • Assist with updating and maintaining customer information in our ERP system and internal systems
  • Assist with resolving customer disputes and issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing the reconciliation of company banking and credit card in Netsuite, ensuring correct allocation to payments and deposits
• Ensures SLAs and KPIs for Accounts Receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations are met
• Provide support and assistance to end of month activities and audit as required.
• Responding to staff queries pertaining to accounts receivable as required.

About you (Who you are)

• Proven 2-3 years experience in accounts receivable role
• Experience using Netsuite is required
• Experience using EDI software for receiving orders (we use SPS Commerce)
• Experience with Google Suite (Sheets) or Excel required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledgable of basic accounting concept
• Strong analytical and keen to details skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously with little to no supervision
• Demonstrated ability to form and maintain business partner relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support key outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to learn new cloud based tools to automate AR workflows
