Key Responsibilities 

  • Leverage a strong understanding of business operations, including performance metrics, financial outcomes, and process efficiencies, to design and implement HR initiatives that enhance operational success while keeping pace with business changes. 

  • Partner with leadership to ensure the workforce is equipped with the right talent, balancing immediate needs with long-term planning in a fast-paced setting. 

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on various HR matters, quickly resolving issues while ensuring alignment with business goals. 

  • Support the business in navigating rapid organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions to operational efficiency. 

  • Analyze people metrics (e.g., turnover, performance, engagement) and operational KPIs to develop actionable insights that influence business strategy in a dynamic environment. 

  • Guide leaders on performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans, ensuring processes are aligned with both people and operational outcomes in a fast-moving business. 

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing HR-related risks to the business. 

  • Work with leadership to foster a strong company culture, driving engagement initiatives that align with both people goals and the needs of a high-growth, fast-paced environment. 

  • Ensure effective communication and deliver training as needed to support and advance overall business objectives. 

  • Participate in HR projects and programs that enhance employee experience and improve organizational effectiveness. 

  • Lead or participate in other assigned projects. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

  • At least 3 years in a People Business Partner, HR Manager, or related role, with a focus on business operations in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proven ability to understand and align HR strategies with business operations and organizational goals in a dynamic, rapidly changing setting. 

  • Experience in change management and business transformation in fast-paced organizations. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.  

  • Demonstrated ability in conflict management, problem-solving, and people management with high emotional intelligence.  

  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
