Location: This position is remote based preferably in California. Travel may be required
from 20% to 40% of the time to meet the business and customer’s expectations.
 
Position Title: Sales Account Executive – Agribusiness (Specialty Crop)

Position Summary
In this key role, the Sales Account Executive will become an Ever.Ag Agribusiness aficionado
with deeply developed knowledge and understanding of our tools, services, and the value
they bring to our customers. 
 
This impact role will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing
sales opportunities while achieving a targeted number of sales and Annual Recurring
Revenue (ARR). Your ability to lead presentations and communicate to a variety of
audiences will be front and center and will open doors for you to build trusted relationships
throughout the industry.
  • Increase Ever.Ag’s presence and profitability within the mid-sized business segment
  • Exceeding projected revenue goals in the assigned territory of customer and
  • prospect accounts
  • Landing new logo customers for Ever.Ag Agribusiness offerings
  • Identifying potential cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Working with delivery and customer success to ensure high customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of Ever.Ag’s product and services and how our solution 
  • addresses the business needs within the industry
  • Become a proficient presenter of Ever.Ag’s solution and comfortably lead customer 
  • presentations via the web and in person
  • Develop clear and powerful articulations of the value of each solution, positive points 
  • of differentiation from traditional and alternative solutions, and ways of overcoming
  • customer objections
  • Build relationships with new and targeted accounts; Become a trusted advisor who 
  • can point to Company solutions when appropriate; become an expert in identifying
  • challenges our prospective customers face
  • Responsible for outbound lead generation activities to both active customers and 
  • prospects (Cold Calling, Warm Leads, Email Marketing, and other methodology)
  • Develop a pipeline of quality business opportunities
  • Successfully secure new signed business and achieve sales quotas
  • Participate in other assigned projects

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years’ experience in a complex outside sales environment
  • Have a current (PCA) license or had one in the past 5 years.
  • Direct experience with C-Suite selling and sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a quota driven sales environment with documented success
  • Experience working with a CRM (SFDC) and diligent on status updates to the system
