Requirements

  • 7+ years of UX/UI design background
  • A strong up-to-date portfolio of past work proving direct experience working with complex SaaS (Software as a Service), responsive design skills, constructing interactive prototypes
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other tools
  • Proven experience in creating and managing complex design system solutions
  • Competency in wireframes/prototypes with different collaborative tools like inVision, Balsamiq, etc.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI-processes
  • Knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)

Nice to Have

  • Expertise in AI-driven solutions
  • Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Banking & FinTech, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Healthcare & MedTech

English level

Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

  • Work on conducting productive design
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other contributors
  • Create and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and design specs
  • Execute visual design from concept to final hand-off
  • Present and defend design decisions
  • Conduct user and stakeholder interviews
  • Perform research to gain insights and validate strategies
  • Follow Jobs to be Done framework
  • Work with Kanban methodology
  • Establish and promote design best practices
