Sr. CRM Manager

Our GTM team is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior CRM Manager to drive demand generation across ABM, churn prevention, supply and demand strategies. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to design and execute scalable marketing campaigns and reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment across all GTM functions.
Functional Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy & Execution: Design and implement CRM programs and communication strategies that align with overall business goals and drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Talent Operations, Rev Ops, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned across the customer journey and organizational goals.
- Build & Own CRM Infrastructure: Establish and manage the company’s CRM infrastructure and define the right channel mix (e.g., email, SMS, in-app) to reach customers effectively at scale.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Deeply understand customer behavior and journey—from acquisition through retention to churn—to deliver timely and personalized communications that enhance the customer experience.
- Scalable & Automated Campaigns: Build automated, scalable CRM workflows that support business growth while maintaining high levels of personalization and relevance.
- Test-and-Learn Optimization: Implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize message performance and continuously improve CRM campaign effectiveness based on data and insights.
- Creative Asset Development: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging, on-brand assets for CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Resource Planning: Determine team and technology resource requirements to support CRM strategy and execution effectively.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key CRM metrics, analyze campaign results, and generate insights to inform ongoing optimization and long-term strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years as a CRM manager, and or a related roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with platforms like HubSpot
- Experience with: ABM, and lead scoring
- Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Collaboration & communication: Excellent collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally, alongside effective written and verbal communication.
