Sr. Marketing Manager

Our GTM team is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive demand generation across ABM, organic and paid media, and events. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to design and execute scalable marketing campaigns and reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment across all GTM functions
Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead Demand Generation & Performance Marketing: Design, execute, and manage performance marketing and demand generation programs in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
- Execute Multichannel Campaigns: Plan and run integrated campaigns across ABM, outbound, and inbound channels to drive high-quality pipeline growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Rev Ops, Customer Success, and Talent Operations to align marketing strategies with broader GTM goals and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Customer Lifecycle Understanding: Deeply understand the full customer journey—from initial engagement through onboarding and retention—to tailor campaigns that drive engagement and reduce churn.
- Funnel Optimization: Improve lead quality and conversion rates across strategies for the the sales funnel; refine processes to ensure efficient lead handoff and velocity through the pipeline.
- Scalable & Automated Growth Infrastructure: Build marketing systems with automation and scale in mind, ensuring programs can grow efficiently with the business.
- Test-and-Learn Approach: Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to iterate on campaigns and creative assets based on performance data.
- Creative Development: Partner with the design team to develop compelling creative assets that support multichannel campaign objectives.
- Budget & Resource Management: Assess resource needs and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across marketing initiatives.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics to inform decision-making and continuously optimize strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years as a marketing manager, and or a related roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with media platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google etc.
- Experience with: ABM, events, organic media, paid media, lead scoring, managing budgets, managing external partners
- Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Collaboration & communication: Excellent collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally, alongside effective written and verbal communication.
- Growth-driven: An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling high-growth organizations through data-driven strategies and operational excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+) are a must-have.
