The role

We're looking for a true hybrid: someone who thinks in ideas and can execute both the words and the pictures. You'll take a brief from blank page to finished work across social, performance, CRM, display, OOH and in-product. Some weeks that means a campaign platform, and some weeks it means forty variants of a winning ad. You'll care about both.

What you’ll do

  • Concept and execute integrated creative across paid social, digital, CRM, app, and brand campaigns.
  • Write headlines, scripts, social copy and in-product messaging in a voice that is bold, authentic and magnetic, while staying on brand.
  • Develop multiple creative routes per brief and present them with clear rationale.
  • Iterate quickly using performance insights, and treat testing as a creative tool.
  • Work with the design, motion and production teams and external partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Deliver across every state we operate in, working with Legal and Compliance on disclaimers and responsible gaming messaging.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in a creative role, as an art director with strong writing or a copywriter with strong visual skills.
  • A portfolio of concept-led work alongside high-volume executional work.
  • A Deep understanding of how visual, copy and brand play together to create compelling advertising.
  • A natural feel for culture, disruption and what makes people stop scrolling.
  • The ability to take feedback, sharpen the idea and move fast while retaining the craft.
  • Curiosity about AI image, video and copy tools, and good judgment about when to use them.

Bonus points

  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, entertainment or another regulated category.
  • Experience writing for CRM and lifecycle.

Your first 90 days

You'll learn the brand and our players, work on live briefs and present them business wide.

Depending on the role, your interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as onsite interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE—a multi-day cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires. These sessions are designed to build connection and bring our culture to life, though specific travel and participation requirements will be confirmed based on your role and location. Your recruiter will provide clear guidance at each stage of the process.
