ROLE OVERVIEW
The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing eCommerce sales orders on a daily basis, identifying any trends and patterns of fraud or credit card misuse.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and review eCommerce transaction data and Fashion Nova member accounts for suspicious activity and potential fraudulent activity
- Approve or cancel sales orders in accordance with pre-established fraud guidelines
- Assist customer service representatives with customer inquiries or issues regarding
customer accounts and order statuses - Verify all fraud-related documentation in order to perform due diligence on any fraud-
related activities - Identify new and existing fraud trends by analyzing transaction patterns
- Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions within the business portfolio
- Must be able to interface with customers and operations team during investigative process
- Assist Finance teams by providing evidence for the resolution of chargebacks
- Maintenance of detailed records compliant with PCI|GDPR|CCPA
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and industry best practices for online fraud detection and prevention
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Two plus years of Fraud Prevention experience
- Work experience in eCommerce, electronic payment fraud, risk operations, or credit card industry regulations is required
- Must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload
- Must be highly attentive to detail
- Must be available weekends and Holidays
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience
- English, additional language(s) an advantage
- Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
