Partner Success Manager

About the role
As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and leading strong relationships with property management companies (PMCs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our Partners receive the support they need, while you directly contribute to the success and growth of the overall Partner relationship to maximize Flex product adoption and revenue.
What you’ll do
- Nurture and grow Partner relationships to drive long-term mutual success
- Increase engagement and product adoption within your portfolio of Partners
- Evangelize Flex’s value among the property management community
- Achieve Partner revenue expansion goals by consultatively upleveling, upselling, and cross selling
- Develop and present business reviews, proposals, and confidently lead Partner training sessions
Key qualifications
- Exceptional account management and organizational skills, with deep knowledge/experience in the multifamily/real estate industry. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Sales Experience: leverage existing Partner relationships to upsell with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: High EQ, interpersonal abilities, passionate about Flex’s mission and product, and proven ability to influence and motivate others.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis to identify and prioritize top areas of opportunity within large portfolio data sets.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Tableau is a plus. Experience working in tech companies and problem-solving complex product issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Platform Knowledge: Understanding of Partner Success/Account Management, sales, and marketing platforms, systems, and tools. Experience in driving engagement with marketing tactics such as email, flyers, and digital ads is a plus.
- Relationship Building: Proficiency in building internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and multithreading in complex organizations.
- Quick Learner: Ability to adapt, learn, and iterate swiftly in the rapid changes within the PropTech/FinTech landscape. Comfortable with ambiguity and test-and-learn mindset.

This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
- For working locations such as NY / NJ / CA, the base salary pay range will be $105,000-$115,000
- For all other locations/states, the base salary pay range will be $90,000-$105,000
