The Job

One of the key pillars to our growth is User Acquisition, and few UA teams can boast the history of success we’ve had since our founding. 

Every day, they run, control and optimize a wealth of high quality creative media to deliver our message and continue the successful growth in the user base we’ve enjoyed Year on Year since 2015.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing/user acquisition;
  • 3+ years in managing a performance marketing team;
  • Expert understanding of the mobile user acquisition, marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution (including SKAN and Sandbox);
  • Expertise in analytics and visualization software, e.g. Looker, Tableau and Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills with the focus on data analysis and recommendations;
  • Expertise in Google Play and AppStore connect reports & analytics;
  • Understanding privacy landscape: GDPR, CCPA, DMA etc;
  • Experience successfully managing big marketing budgets across various digital and media channels;
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to promote and negotiate new ideas.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Health & Fitness domain.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead User Acquisition at Flo by managing and optimizing performance marketing across different platforms: iOS, Android, Web;
  • Manage an 8-figure user acquisition budget to achieve high user and revenue growth;
  • Develop new growth initiatives by following best practices and strategies in user acquisition;
  • Create test plans and experiment with various UA initiatives to identify the highest impact opportunities;
  • Oversee all reporting and analytics related to user acquisition and marketing;
  • Optimize and report performance across multiple ad networks;
  • Manage relationships with other teams: ASO, onboarding, creative studio, product teams, privacy & compliance;
  • Liaise with multiple ad network vendors and partner with other Flo teams to develop creative ads and other supplementary materials;
  • Develop and manage the User Acquisition team.

Salary Range - London - gross per year

£92,000 - £108,000 GBP

Salary Range - Vilnius - gross per month

€5.700 - €5.900 EUR

Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
