The Job

Every day, they run, control and optimize a wealth of high quality creative media to deliver our message and continue the successful growth in the user base we’ve enjoyed Year on Year since 2015.
Join our team of 5 as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager! You'll manage mobile app UA campaigns, collaborate with teams and partners, and optimise performance across channels like Facebook, TikTok and others.
Your Experience
Must have:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in mobile app UA channels.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Facebook Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels and tools;
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and campaigns management;
- Experience in working with marketing APIs and with automation tools.
- Analytical Skills:
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Privacy: Understanding of principles of GDPR, CCPA and other regulations;
- Creativity: Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to craft engaging and high-performing ad creatives.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including budget allocation, creatives assets management: ad copies and creatives requests;
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for KPIs;
- Collaboration with multiple teams within the organisation: privacy, AdTech, finances, product, analytics, creative studio and others;
- Communication with external partners: MMPs, AdNetworks, freelancers;
- Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders;
- Stay updated on the latest AdNetworks trends, tools, and best practices;
- Identify and test new opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving efficiency.

Salary Range - gross per month
€4.100 - €5.850 EUR
Salary Range - per year
£74,000 - £85,000 GBP
Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
