Senior Product Designer

London

400M+ downloads. 75M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.

Flo is the world’s #1 health app on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.

With 6M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.

The job

The Design team focuses on one (admittedly huge) thing, and they do it very well…

Making sure our users have the best experience on our app!

They’re data informed researchers, innovators, content and design experts, casting a laser focussed eye over the execution and validation of our platform and its features.

With new Design leadership in place, it’s a truly exciting time to join the team. We’re building the foundations of a world-class function and anyone who joins will be building the future in the context of a hyper-growth start-up.

Design the future of everyday health, one joyful habit at a time.

As a Senior Product Designer in the User-Centric stream, you’ll design complete user journeys that support women across every stage of their health — from the first period to menopause. Rather than focusing on isolated features, you’ll craft holistic experiences that help millions of women better understand and manage their well-being.

Right now, our stream is shaping the future of femtech through work on the perimenopause experience and score, GenAI-powered insights and chats, weight management, and the Well-being Score.

Joining our team means you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of women’s health technology on a truly global scale.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 6+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.

  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end design process, from ideation to launch, including collaboration with engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Strong competence in Figma and common design tools, with experience creating interactive prototypes (Protopie, Figma, After Effects preferred).
  • Expertise in A11Y, ensuring consistency, scalability, and inclusivity.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in health tech
  • Know-how using AI and LLMs to make interesting ideas from scratch
