Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

Join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a thriving airline company. As an IT Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of IT projects, from design and development to implementation. You'll work alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical expertise and project management skills to deliver successful solutions.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans and track progress
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Performance Measurement: Track project performance using appropriate metrics and tools.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) 

Optional Carry-On (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in the airline industry with a focus on Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and Internet Booking Engines (IBE)
  • Proven experience working with vendors and managing client relationships
  • Project budget and scheduling expertise

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

  • Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure their alignment with project goals.
  • Client Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
