About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support operations within our wallpaper and fabric screen-printing manufacturing warehouse. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with process and data insights, driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across production, inventory, and supply chain operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to manufacturing output, productivity, and quality metrics. 
  • Partner with production, inventory, and supply chain teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPI trackers to monitor performance, cost, and delivery timelines for leadership visibility. 
  • Provide ad-hoc strategic analysis to support decision-making, growth opportunities, capacity modeling, and forecasting. 
  • Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve bottlenecks, quality issues, and material variances. 
  • Provide actionable insights to improve warehouse workflow, material usage, and labor allocation. 
  • Prepare and present reports for management outlining findings, trends, and recommendations. 
  • Assist in change management efforts for implementing new systems, tools, and process improvements. 
  • Drive financial and operational analysis in partnership with FP&A, including margin analysis and profitability tracking 
  • Support production planning by developing data-driven models and reporting frameworks 
  • Advance process improvement initiatives across all relevant workflows 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, analytical, or finance-related; experience in manufacturing, textiles, or printing a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint (clear and persuasive storytelling) 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills with attention to detail 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to distill complex analysis into actionable insights 
  • Fast learner with entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a collaborative team culture
