Who You Are:
You are a highly analytical and driven individual with a passion for cryptocurrency markets and algorithmic trading. With a strong foundation in mathematics and a sharp mind for real-time decision making, you thrive in high-pressure environments and bring a disciplined approach to market making and inventory management. You are collaborative by nature, enjoy working closely with engineers and quants, and are motivated by dynamic market challenges and opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Actively manage trading books across a wide array of cryptocurrency and token markets, continuously optimizing pricing and inventory in response to real-time market conditions.
- Ensure robust order flow and a balanced risk profile across multiple market venues.
- Refine execution logic and drive strategy improvements with quant researchers and engineers
- Contribute to strategy design, post-trade analysis, and ongoing model calibration to improve performance and risk-adjusted returns.
- Maintain high responsiveness during fast-moving market conditions and escalate issues appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- High attention to detail with a disciplined, methodical approach to process and risk
- Strong mental arithmetic, superior analytical abilities, and an interest in digital assets and financial products
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with crypto trading platforms, APIs, or scripting tools is strongly preferred
Bonus Points:
- Experience in trading, market making, or bookrunning
- Knowledge of crypto assets and their microstructure
