The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate program as we transition it in-house from an agency-led model. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-impact channel from the ground up while also supporting key performance efforts across new channel testing.

They’ll be the driving force behind our affiliate strategy—recruiting partners, optimizing performance, and integrating the program into our broader growth stack. Further they will lead the new channel testing strategy and help to find new opportunities for Gametime’s Growth.

This is a cross-functional role ideal for a self-starter who loves to experiment, iterate, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the transition of our affiliate program from agency to in-house—establish tools, processes, partner communications, and performance tracking from scratch.
  • Develop and execute a scalable strategy to recruit, manage, and optimize affiliate partners, publishers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective partner creative and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets and payouts, ensuring performance aligns with CAC and ROI targets.
  • Lead testing and evaluation of new growth channels, including Reddit, Snapchat, Mobile Ad Networks and partnership opportunities
  • Analyze and report on affiliate and paid campaign performance to guide strategy and decision-making.

Key Competencies:

Technical Skills:

  • Affiliate Program Management:
Proficiency in affiliate platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, CJ, or ShareASale, with experience launching, managing, and scaling in-house programs. Capable of handling onboarding, tracking, optimization, and payouts with minimal oversight.
  • Performance Marketing Strategy:
Comfortable with budget allocation, creative testing, expansion, and performance analysis to meet CAC and ROI targets.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
Strong command of analytics tools like Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to derive insights, report on campaign effectiveness, and guide data-driven decisions.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate effectively with growth, mobile, content, design, and analytics teams to execute marketing campaigns, align on goals, and share key performance insights.
  • Partner Relationship Management:
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to recruit, manage, and optimize partnerships with affiliate publishers, influencers, and networks. Able to maintain ongoing dialogue that fosters partner growth and alignment.
  • Program Ownership and Initiative:
Demonstrated ability to independently lead an in-house affiliate program, establishing new workflows, tools, and strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Strategic Vision and Execution:
Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities, lead the development of new channel tests, and guide execution from start to finish while aligning with broader marketing and organizational objectives.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

  • Analytical Problem Solving:
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities in managing performance data, diagnosing inefficiencies, and making fast, informed decisions under pressure.
  • Innovative Channel Testing:
Proactive in identifying growth opportunities through emerging channels and unconventional tactics. Skilled in building test frameworks, analyzing results, and scaling what works.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally with hands-on experience owning or launching an in-house affiliate program

Performance Metrics:

  • Successful In-House Transition: Complete the migration of the affiliate program from agency to in-house within the first 60–90 days, including setup of tracking systems, reporting processes, and communication workflows.
  • Partner Growth & Activation: Grow the number of active affiliate partners by 20% in the first 6 months through strategic outreach, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Affiliate Contribution to Revenue: Drive affiliate channel performance to contribute 5% of total new customer acquisitions within the first 6–12 months.
  • Improved ROI: Maintain or improve CAC and ROI targets for the affiliate channel compared to prior agency-led performance.
  • New Channel Launches: Design and launch at least 2–3 new acquisition channel tests (e.g., Reddit, influencer, native advertising) in the first 3 months, with a clear framework for evaluating success.
  • Scalable Opportunities Identified: Identify and scale at least one high-potential channel or partner cohort that delivers consistent, cost-efficient acquisition.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
