Director, Creator Services
The Role:
The Director, Creative Services is responsible for strategic planning and creative investment decisions for Gametime's Creative team, enabling innovative, omni-channel creative work that delights fans and drives growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to mentor a team of creative professionals and ensure the highest quality output across all channels.
Above & Beyond: The Impact You'll Make:
Strategic Planning and Budgeting:

- Manage the annual creative budget and omnichannel campaign production planning.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize returns on creative investments.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on investment returns and plan adjustments to senior leadership.
- Drive the creative and GTM strategy calendar in collaboration with Design, Comms, and Advertising leadership.
Creative Development and Execution:

- Define high-profile creative initiatives, such as on-set productions with recognized talent.
- Partner with the Associate Creative Director to develop campaign briefs and testing themes.
- Enhance the briefing process with research-backed insights for breakthrough concepts.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation across all creative output.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Build strong relationships with department stakeholders to align creative investment decisions.
- Coach and mentor a team of Producers, Designers, and Creators, fostering a growth mindset.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies and execution.
- Explore and implement AI tools for process improvement.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in creative project management tools, especially Asana.
- Expertise in content marketing, multimedia production, animation, motion graphics, photography, and videography.
- Familiarity with AI tools for operational enhancements.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Effective at building motivation and fostering teamwork within the Creative department.
Leadership Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor creative professionals.

- Analytical mindset for identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing investments.
- Proactive in solving challenges related to creative development and team collaboration.
One Team One Dream: What We Need to Work Together:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience leading Creative Services and Operations.
- 4+ years of experience managing creative design and operations professionals.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Asana and resource strategy for digital and traditional channels, including TV and OTT.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing production in diverse media formats, including multimedia, motion graphics, and videography.
- Proven track record of leveraging AI tools for operational improvements.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve a defined ROI on creative investments.
- Deliver high-quality creative projects on time and within budget.
- Foster a cohesive and motivated Creative team with measurable professional growth.

At Gametime pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.

$178,000 - $210,000 USD
