EMEA Marketing Senior Manager-DACH and Benelux

[SNR] MARKETING MANAGER, DACH & BENELUX
Gong is looking to hire our first regional marketer to scale our marketing efforts in the DACH/Benelux market. This role will report to the Senior Director of International Marketing and is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company and market our Revenue AI platform, which is already seeing strong traction across the European market.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute plans which meet lead and pipeline generation goals in DACH & Benelux, across a range of channels
- Own the events strategy for the region, including Gong-hosted and third-party in-person events and webinars
- Support brand awareness campaigns, including local brand activations
- Work closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure your colleagues are informed, engaged and enabled to follow up on leads to maximise conversion to opportunity
- Tailor existing content and develop new locally relevant content, from thought leadership through to customer case studies, in collaboration with our centralised content and customer marketing teams
- Share field feedback and insights with our global marketing team
- Report, analyse and utilise metrics to inform future plans based on results.
Qualifications
- Native German speaker
- 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience, including expertise in events, customer marketing, account-based marketing, content creation, and multi-channel programs.
- Experience with sales pipeline activation programs from SMB to larger enterprises.
- Proven track record of developing sound marketing strategies and running innovative multi-channel campaigns that exceed targets
- Superb organisation and project management skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
