  • Drive product strategy for our core product and craft amazing product experiences that delight our customers
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver a product and brand of remarkable quality
  • Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial product decisions
  • Own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution
  • Contribute to and collaborate on a wide spectrum of product initiatives, including user experience design, solution honing, growth strategy, customer research, and product marketing
  • Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer

  • Experience: You have 7+ years of professional PM experience on product teams in the B2B and B2C software space, with experience driving upmarket growth at scaling companies.
  • Product sense: You’re confident in making tough product decisions in a crunch. You seek feedback from others and manage stakeholders at all levels to get to the best outcome quickly. You’re able to weigh and communicate trade-offs and identify risk, while not getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
  • Enterprise focus: Strong understanding of how enterprise organizations work and their unique product needs beyond SMB customers.
  • Integration experience: Experience with product integrations, partnerships, or ecosystem strategy.
  • Design mindset: Strong eye for user experience and design craft - you think about user flows, journeys, and what makes features feel great, not just functional.
  • Collaboration products: Deep understanding of team workflows and what drives adoption of collaboration tools in business settings.

SALARY INFO 💸

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
  • SF/NY/Seattle: $206,000-$284,000 USD
  • Other US geographies: $186,000 - $255,000 USD
  • Canada: $168,000 - $231,000 CAD
