FP&A Analyst
Summary
The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support management in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, good understanding of overall business, excellent quantitative skills, and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
In this role, you will have clear open lines of communication and interact with all the team members across various departments, such as Operation, Production, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Quality Management, and Engineering, partnering with stake holders in and outside of Finance, and drive appropriate changes to ensure effective and compliant financial management.
Essential Functions:
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas of opportunity or risk and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budget or forecast preparation and monitor variances. Support budgeting and planning processes by providing data-driven insights and analysis.Continuously monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
KPI management: Monitor and analyze KPI performance related to labor, Program Finance, and other operational metrics, regularly to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present KPI reports and dashboards.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with other finance functions and internal stakeholders on financial closing and budgeting.
Process and Manage duties related to financial month-end, quarterly and year-end financial closing.
Maintain continuous, accurate and adequate variance analysis.
Proactive Business and Cross-Functional Collaboration and partnering

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification
Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience as a financial analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel. SQL proficiency preferred, but not required.
Experience with business intelligence, data management and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or SAP a plus) and Financial Planning Software

The expected WA salary range for this position is between $75,000.00 - $103,000.00 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
CAD/PLM Administrator
Summary
Administers the CAD/PLM Engineering Software on behalf of the IT department. Acts as the liaison with the Engineering department. Serves the technical needs of the engineers and engineering management, whilst operating within the guidelines of IT in order to provide rigorous adherence to technology change management, troubleshooting, standardization and development of new features.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Implements Engineering Computer Aided Design (CAD) software applications and systems.
Installs new CAD software, upgrades and patches based on external and internal customer engineering requirements in accordance with GTI change management practices.
Investigates, confirms and develops current and new CAD operation flows for end users to increase productivity and system effectiveness.
Provides helpdesk support for Engineering IT related issues including troubleshooting and software problems.
Works closely with Development Manager to ensure coordinated PLM software updates, useable functionality, testing and user training.
Participates in Scrum meetings with development team.
Regularly acts as Product Owner for PLM and CAD development.
Detects, diagnoses and resolves client-server operating system and hardware related problems.
Analyzes and resolves problems associated with Engineering and CAD software applications and high performance computer hardware.
Performs daily operational support for IT Systems such as client system deployment, user management, printing/plotting, data translations and data transfers.
Develops technical system documentation for current and newly implemented systems.
Participates in projects to enhance the Engineering and CAD software and hardware systems by investigating, evaluating and implementing technical solutions.
Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts.

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification

Production Planner
Summary
The production planner role will develop, maintain, and update the planned production orders in the MRP system from after the materials planning is completed to the firming of production orders. These updates will consider a dynamic and evolving Master Production Schedule balancing customer needs with industrial capacity to support the timely manufacture of custom aircraft interiors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing planning in an aerospace environment. Behaviorally they will be comfortable working within ERP systems and autonomously working to update and revise planned production orders. They will be comfortable working in a development and prototype environment and able to change planning as necessary to support programs.
Organizationally, they will report to the Director, operations strategy and planning. Regular engagement across sites/teams, will be the norm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department management to identify outstanding needs.
Examines manufacturing routes for inaccuracies in flow, durations, hours utilizing knowledge of basic engineering and manufacturing principles / techniques.
Works with production to determine materials requirement for key steps to fabricate cabinets.
Maintains planned manufacturing orders, based on schedule need dates, lead times and quantity requirements.
Tracks the material deliveries based upon aircraft modification schedules and production requirements.
Support Engineering, Procurement, Ops, PM, Sales and other personnel to exchange information regarding planned work.
Works with Procurement to improve lead time from vendors and engineering for quality improvements.
Coordinates with Procurement when items are delayed to determine what materials are to be expedited.
Monitors and coordinates with stores the transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts.
